Alluvium is independent Power BI consulting for mid-sized companies. We help executives and the people who own reporting get a model the meeting will use, a Monday pack that holds, and a team that can run it after we leave. The work is senior and hands-on, scoped to an outcome. We do not sell a platform.
We start where you are. That might be the first Power BI model, built from the systems you already run. It might be a false start: licenses bought, dashboards live, and nobody trusts the numbers. It might be a slow report, measures that disagree, or a refresh that fails before the stand-up. It might be one semantic model in place of a pile of dashboards. It includes training, so your people can operate what we leave. When the model is trusted, conversational analytics lets a leader ask it instead of waiting on another report.
The work is onshore. The experience is business and analytics, applied to Power BI, not a rotating bench. Engagements stay small on purpose. You work with the person designing the model. We serve organizations across the United States.
